Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Dots app (the "Application") for mobile devices created by CDev (the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or the Service Provider's trademarks is not permitted. Attempts to extract source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not allowed. Trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may modify the Application or charge for services at any time, for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide so the Service Provider can deliver the Service. You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the Application secure. The Service Provider advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which can expose it to malware, weaken security, and cause the Application to malfunction or stop working.
Third-party services
The Application uses third-party services with their own terms and conditions:
Some features require an active internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not work at full capacity because you lack Wi‑Fi access or have used your data allowance.
If you use the Application off Wi‑Fi, your mobile provider's terms still apply. You may be charged for mobile data (including roaming) when connecting to the Application. By using it, you accept responsibility for those charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you represent that you have the bill payer's permission.
The Service Provider cannot always be responsible for how you use the Application—for example, keeping your device charged. If the device runs out of battery and you cannot access the Service, the Service Provider is not liable.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third parties for some information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, from relying entirely on that functionality.
The Service Provider may update the Application. Requirements for the operating system may change; you may need to download updates to keep using it. The Service Provider does not guarantee that updates will remain relevant or compatible with your device's OS version, but you agree to install offered updates. The Service Provider may stop providing the Application at any time without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, upon termination: (a) rights and licenses granted to you end; (b) you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device if required.
Changes to these terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions. Review this page periodically. Changes will be posted here.
